at least my right leg is free. yea...i finally get rid of the cement yesterday. even though, the torn ligament is healed and no broken bones or anything, i still can't walk straight. i still feel the pain everytime i tried to walk. the doctor said it still could take a couple of weeks for my leg to get used to walking again. until then i still have to use crutches when i walk. he told me that you should try to learn to walk slowly and don't force yourself to walk or give any burden to your right leg. oh man.... but seriously, it really does hurt everytime i tried to walk especially when i wanna go up or down the stairs. wow, that is definitely a challenge. but don't worry, i shall conquer this challenge and win tremendously. okay, maybe that is too dramatic.
anyway, i should tell you when he cracked my cement open. i was very nervous actually. i was wondering on how he is gonna cut open the cement thingy. when i was in the treatment room, then i saw the "saw". you know when you watched the medical drama like "er" or "house" or "csi" or anything when you see in the operation room, you have this device looks like a "saw" that cut the head/skull or cut the rib. yea, he used that one to cut through my cement. how horrific is it?! i know, but when he saw how nervous i was he showed me actually that "saw" won't cut through flesh and demonstrated it to me by sow it on his palm. and nothing happen. and i was like "oooohhhh...." and he do it on my palm and i honestly it felt ticklish and very hot. moving on, it took him like several minutes to cut it opened but in the end, it's all good.
except when i saw my right leg when that cement finally off me. it was horrible. my leg or actually my feet, was a mess! it looked so dehydrated, i can see cracks everywhere and there was like dark sports everywhere. and i was like i am so gonna wash my feet after i get home. but it wasn't easy as it looks. my feet still hurting tho and even though i can move better now but it is still very limited. the pain is still unbearable but i just told myself, i've been worst. so i just took the pain like it's nothing. moving on... after i got home, rest for couple of hours, get a bucket with half full and soaked my right feet on it. wow! that definitely felt great. in the end, my right feet looks nice and clean.
but still, i got long way to go. i still need to try and walk slowly with crutches. it's hard. with the pain and all, sometimes i feel like its better to just sit down all the time but i know it's never gonna happen like that. tomorrow or Monday, my mum gonna take me to see some old woman to do a traditional massage on my feet. who knows maybe that massage can help me recover faster, which i seriously hope so.
so wish me luck everyone. and thanks for everyone supports. love you guys!
cepat baik tau!!!! (eeiii...kaki berdaki...) :-P
