too exposed?

sorry i haven't updated my blog for couple of days. honestly, there were nothing interesting going on that i feel like sharing with everyone. people always told me that my life must be exciting since i live outside of Malaysia. but to tell everyone the truth, it's pretty much the same. it's just the scenery and the environment that change. and of course there is much more to do here. activities such as free concert, jazz music, theater, dances, festivals and etc around and free to watch. cool isn't it? i wish there are sort of things back in Malaysia. even if there is, i'm sure it't just in KL. how boring.

anyways, i actually wanna talk about something else. for some reason, i just got distracted. moving on. is wearing JUST a shirt (of course there were bra and underwear underneath), around your boyfriend and a friend around is appropriate? okay, i know we live in Melbourne and can do pretty much anything we want, but nonetheless, we are still Easterners am i right? we do have sense of decency? okay, okay. i admit. i do that sometimes too, BUT when no one is around, especially MALE.

yea, i MIGHT do it in front of my significant other, but even so, i would do it JUST in front of him and only him. i mean for me it would be so uncomfortable wearing a shirt with only a bra and underwear underneath me, and walk around the house with another person living with me except for my significant other. i don't know. maybe it's just me. i always think of myself as carefree kinda person. i don't care what other people do as long as it doesn't involve or disturb me at all. well, this one of course doesn't involve me or disturb me in any way though. it's just make me think bad thoughts about that person and her partner.

come on. if you were me, you would think the same thing. at night, them together in a room with light switch off (i don't know if the guy went back to his room to sleep), then wake up you see the guy is in his shorts and shirt and she in a guy's shirt(at least i think it is, it is way too big for her size). having breakfast together. told you. you are thinking exactly the same thing what i was thinking when i first saw them.

i know i shouldn't even bother about all this stuff and all, it's other people problems and it's none of my business, but it is kinda disturbing. at least for me it is. i always told myself that if you wanna do something that you don't want other people to know or see, you should do it in secret. holding hands, hugs, and dating are fine but you know, more than that, you should just do it when you are ALONE. because we are not just talking about your own reputation, but also your parents as well. it is fine if they all wanna badmouth about me over what i did because yea, i did it, but involving my parents on how they brought me up wrong, it is something i wanna avoid all together. because it is not their fault. so yea, that is why i told myself, just do it secretly where people don't see or hear what you did.

no matter how "Western" i am, i am still a Malaysian with Eastern values. if i wanna do something "Western", i'll keep it a secret. i still have a conscience and decency. besides, it's too big to share with anyone anyway. except if it's my significant other. \(^_^)/
