i thought burqa and niqab are a lifestyle. it is a part of their clothing. ok, maybe not all of these women want to wear them, but some of them DO wear them voluntarily. so if they are banning burqa and niqab from these women, it's like telling the French no sex. ok, its not the best comparison but its better than nothing. so yeah, it's part of them and if you take it away from them, you are taking a part of them away. and that's wrong.
if they are still scared that these women might pose a threat you know like hide a weapon or a bomb under their burqa and niqab, then go ahead and do their search. which of course i do support because better safe than sorry right? right now you have the technology where you can scan and see through your clothing. and i'm sure in the future there will be more advance technology where you can detect weapon and bomb more effectively. so honestly, i don't see any reason why France or Europe need to ban burqa and niqab in the first place.
of course as an outsider, i can only say what's on my mind. in the end, i don't have any power to change anything. all i know is that, when the ban of burqa and niqab become law in France and/or Europe, the Muslim women will have no choice but to obey this law. for me, it is sad that how people can just get scared of a simple piece of clothing.
