Overheard on mX

mX is a free newspaper in Melbourne. its not like any newspaper that we usually read. mX is more focus on melbourne's art, culture and fashion. it also provide column to express your opinions and dissatisfaction or suggestions that you might have. but there is one column in mX Talk that i really like. it's called "Overheard". if you overheard someone telling a joke or say something stupid and funny and you wanna share it, well, here is the place. here are some of it on today's paper:

Girl on a phone looking frustrated: "I can't hear what you are saying because you are not saying anything."

Boy 1: " what do you wanna do after school?"

Boy 2: "Marine Biology."

Boy 1: "what, like doing blood tests on soldiers who work on them big boats?"

Boy 2: "No stupid. Marine means water, so like studying the animals and stuff."

Girl: "you smell stale."

Boyfriend: "i read somewhere that smelling is like your nose is tasting the air."

Girl: "use some deodorant."

Boyfriend: "i haven't got any, so breathe through your mouth."

Guy: "My neck is so sore."

Girl: "Yeah, i am so hungry."
