all alone.

people always commented o their FB status or told me that they always misses their partner all the time. being apart is hard and every second is like killing them, literally. telling me that they misses their partner is fine, but crying and sobbing? no mood eating and bla bla bla....or sometimes, they told me that they had a fight saying that their partner didn't pay attention to them or didn't spend enough time with them or forget their anniversary and stuff like that. UNBELIEVABLE. seriously(yes, this is my fave word).

don't they know how lucky these people are? at least their partner is close to them. which they can see, touch, smell, and hear them face to face. even he is not there in the same town, they can contact each other anytime. and they can talk for hours and hours and hours and it's still gonna be cheap.

but me? my partner is thousand miles away across the ocean there. yes, it is a long distance relationship.we have been together for 2 years and i have only seen him ONCE face to face for only 2 weeks. and i haven't seen him for a year. the only way we communicate to each other is through the internet. we don't have a normal relationship like everyone else does. we both can love, argue and crazy about each other but there will always be a barrier between us. no matter what people say that the internet makes everything easier, but it can never compete to what you guys have. physical contact. something i can't have right now. don't you know how lucky you are? don't you know how more frustrated i am compare to you?

the point i am trying to convey is that, you are lucky enough to find someone. someone who is close to you. unlike other people who still alone, struggling to find the one for themselves or their partner is in another country (like me), it is so much harder for us. if i cried, he is not here physically to tell me everything is gonna be alright and hug me until i feel better. he is not here to celebrate our anniversary.he is not here to stroke my hair. he is not here so that we can stroll along the beach together.he is not here so we both can watch a movie together.he is not here for me for anything at all, physically. for me, i'm all alone.

be thankful and grateful that you have your other half with you. no matter how far or close they are to you, he/she will always be there. rather than crying because you misses him/her or argue because he/she didn't spend enough time with you, why not celebrate the fact that you have each other and love each other? isn't that will make a much more harmonious relationship? don't you think?
